We Jazz continues its popular summer series on the island of Lonna in Helsinki. Five top Finnish ensembles take the stage and We Jazz DJs round up the summer events with their vinyl selections. The series kicks of on 3 July, and continues every Wednesday in July.
Lonna series have five parts: first concert will be held on 3 July and the next four concerts are held on every Wednesday in July. The events start at 5pm, with the live band playing two sets, first at 6pm. The gigs are free for all ages, and you can reach Lonna in 10 minutes from the Helsinki Market Square with JT Lines' ferries. Please be early at the ferry to ensure entry to the island in time for the performances. As a new addition, the We Jazz pop up record shop Vinyl Market will be open during the events at Lonna.
