In spring 2017, TTT-Klubi club series delivers 11 artists that represent a wide spectrum of genres from pop and rock to jazz and blues. With high artistic quality and topicality as the main focuses of the spring programme, the TTT-Klubi will be playing host to a number of anniversary and album launch shows as well as premieres.

The first guest of the year, taking the stage on 4 February, will be singer-songwriter Mirel Wagner whose music has recently been confirmed to feature in a number of big American TV shows and films. During the spring, TTT will be playing host to two official album launch shows: those by folk artist Joose Keskitalo on 25 March and Verneri Pohjola Group, who will be performing select music from the repertory of the leader’s father, the late Pekka Pohjola, on 18 May. Likewise, poet-musician Kauko Röyhkä and singer-songwriter Edu Kettunen, performing on 1 April and 6 May, respectively, have promised to play material from their new albums.

Roots legend Eero Raittinen, backed by the energetic blues combo led by Knucklebone Oscar, will be stopping at Tampere on their tour on 18 February; while the classy Timo Lassy Band will be giving one of their 10th anniversary shows at the club on 18 March. Other jazz events include the show of Johanna Iivanainen Trio on 22 April and that of the celebrated Swedish bassist Anders Jormin, who will be joining forces with Finns Severi Pyysalo and Markku Ounaskari on 4 March.

Folk-rock ensemble Scandinavian Music Group are to give their first show at the TTT Club on 17 February; for this stripped-down concert the group will be performing as an acoustic quartet. Just before May Day, on 29 April, the original and unstoppable punk veteran Pelle Miljoona United will get us in the mood for a proper carnival.

Tickets to all concerts are now available at the TTT box office, online ticket shop and at Lippupiste ticket shops.
