Fans of rich orchestral music will be pampered on Thursday with a joint concert by Turku Philharmonic Orchestra and Turku Jazz Orchestra, while the swinging music of the legendary Duke Ellington comes to life at the sold-out Turku Concert Hall. The concert can also be watched as a streaming broadcast on the Keikalla.fi platform.
Thursday November 26th in the Symphonic Ellington concert, Turku Jazz Orchestra and Turku Philharmonic Orchestra will take the stage together, bringing to life the classical works of the legendary pianist-composer-orchestra conductor Duke Ellington. The concert will be conducted by Antti Rissanen, a music all-rounder in the worlds of jazz and symphony, and the singing soloist will be scat artist Pekka Kurki. The concert can be watched as a streaming broadcast on the Keikalla.fi service.

In Southwest Finland, the use of a face mask is recommended in public interiors and public events, and good hand and cough hygiene must also be observed at the event.
