Iceland-born guitarist Sigurdur Rögnvaldsson’s Dark Forest ensemble is set to release their second album Horizon on 19 October.
Horizon features Rögnvaldsson’s original pieces, which emphasizes themes related to changes in personal life. Rögnvaldsson's Dark Forest consists of familiar names in the Finnish jazz scene: Johannes Sarjasto (saxophone), Eero Tikkanen (bass) Ville Pynssi (drums).
