Quartet Ajaton will release its second album Early Music in the Latest Way on 28th October, 2020. As the name implies, the album features old music, mainly compositions from the Renaissance and Baroque eras which, in the warm but unconventional embrace of a special band, receive a new, significantly different interpretation from than is tradition.
Quartet Ajaton's musicians have a wide range of backgrounds: from jazz to baroque, from Argentine tango to contemporary music, improvisation and experimentation all over the world. This has made the making of the quartet a real exploration for the past six years.
