This year Emma Gala has a new online nominee registration and voting system, through which all Emma nominees must be registered.
IFPI Finland organizes the Emma Awards system and hosts the annual Emma Gala.
For the first time, registrations will be made using the new online registration. All nominees for the Emma Awards will be announced through the system. The juries will be able to see the information of the nominees of the genre they are evaluating directly through the system. This will make it easier for the jury to work when all the artists' information and links to their music are in one place.
The registration period for nominees is until November 27th, 2020. Registration is free for all nominees. This year, IFPI has updated the rules and values of the Emma Awards. Representatives of the artists should familiarize themselves with them and the terms and conditions of the nominees before announcing the nominees. The date of Emma Gala itself will be announced on November 25th, 2020.
