Beloved and boundary-breaking jazz trio Mopo celebrates its ten-year anniversary with a MOPO10 vinyl single and digital EP. The release concert featuring impressive set of guests takes place tomorrow, on 30 October at Tavastia.
The power trio consisting of saxophonist Linda Fredriksson, bassist Eero Tikkanen and percussionist Eeti Nieminen celebrates its ten-year journey together with an anniversary single MOPO10, released by We Jazz Records. The single features three new pieces and takes the trio’s distinctive sound to new direction. In addition to the release, Mopo is currently on a tour and the official release gig is held on 30 October at Tavastia. The spectacle at Tavastia will feature guest such as Jimi Tenori, Stina Koistinen and Samuli Putro.
