Young Finnish top-notch jazz ensemble Maxxxtet tours Finland between 9 – 18 of April. The latter part of the tour, co-produced by Jazz Finland and Vapaat äänet agency, will feature the French group Spring Roll, who stylishly combines jazz and modern music.
Saxophonist Max Zenger’s Maxxxtet join forces with French flutist Sylvaine Hélary’s Spring Roll ensemble on five double bill concerts in Finland in April. The Finnish quartet hits the road in Lappeenranta on 9 of April and Spring Roll will join in in Kuusankoski on 14 April. The bands perform together also in Turku, Raahe, Joensuu and Helsinki, where the tour culminates with the final concert at Malmitalo on 18 of April. Maxxxtet and Spring Roll both perform music from their upcoming albums.
