Kuopio Jazz & Blues Festival takes place 8.-9.6.2023 at Saana. Audiences can enjoy musical experiences in a beautiful setting by the lake Kallavesi.
Thursday's 8.6. the blues program will feature local band The Cuacuas's rhythmic and danceable groove, as well as something completely new, when Erja Lyytinen will perform as a soloist of the Sawo Big Band together with one of Finland's most famous trumpeters, Jukka Eskola.
Friday's 9.6. jazz-focused performers include Kuopio's new generation jazz group The Dobo collective, Savonmaa! that performs songs from the Savonia region with jazz arrangements and the Eero Koivistoinen Quartet, one of the top jazz ensembles in our country.
