Oulu Music Festival organizes an open call for the summer 2024 Oulu Music Festival and Jumpru Pub's Summer Jazzpatio. The application period is open from January 25 to February 29, 2024.
Since 2016, Jazzpatio has featured a variety of jazz bands from both Oulu and other parts of Finland. This year a diverse lineup of jazz bands is sought for the Jazzpatio through an open call.
Applications will be reviewed during the application period. Decisions will be made by Kari Ikonen, the co-artistic director of the Oulu Music Festival.
Free Jazzpatios for the audience will be held in the coming summer of 2024 on summer Tuesdays from June 11 to August 6, and on the Night of the Arts on Thursday, August 15, 2024, on the patio of Jumpru Pub.
