Jazz vocalist Sanna Ruohoniemi releases her second album "Start From Nothing"

Jazz vocalist and composer Sanna Ruohoniemi is set to release her sophomore album "Start from Nothing" (Eclipse Music) in Finland on 29  September and internationally on 12 October.

Sanna Ruohoniemi is one of the most interesting vocal jazz / improvised music creators of her generation in the Nordics, both as a vocalist and composer. Her debut album "Tales of a Stranger" (Eclipse Music 2016) was acclaimed and honored by critics around Scandinavia.
 
Her second album, "Start from Nothing" continues the bold and self-determined journey into the world of modern vocal jazz, offering a rich and vibrant combination of what jazz music can be all about. The single, and the album's title track, "Start from Nothing" is out now on all major digital platforms.
 
Album will be released in Finland on the 21st of September, and internationally on October 12th, followed by an international tour starting from Helsinki, Finland. One of the album release concerts will take place on the opening day of the Stockholm Jazz Festival, in Ruohoniemi's current home town no less, on the 12th of October, at Finlandsinstitutet.
