The single, 1000 Sails, gives foretaste from the new album which will be released on Svart Records on 29 March. Katu Kaiku celebrates the sophomore album with an extensive album release tour in Finland and Europe.
The bold and visionary jazz ensemble Katu Kaiku releases their new album Luna on Svart Records on the 29 of March. Started as a racy street band, on Luna the trio lets fee jazz influences and acoustic sound make room for deliberate and colourful compositions and original soundscape spiced with flute and vocals. The new album presents dreamlike melodies, winding bass riffs and rolling grooves. In April Katu Kaiku kicks off a tour that extends from Finland to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and German.
