Flame Jazz continues to enrich the culture life of Turku by thirteen live jazz concerts and a cruise. This season's main stage will be the Swedish Theatre, Åbo Svenska Teater.
The fall season of Flame Jazz portraits the perplex field of Finnish jazz: There's Latin American vibes, sophisticated tributes to the American tradition, innovative and entertaining modern jazz, ambitious free jazz, rap & big band collaborations, knock-out Finnish "agrarian jazz", bossa nova, art jazz and what not!
