Equality in the Music Industry Survey – deadline 8 March

Finnish Musicians’ Union, Finnish Music Creators, Music Finland, IFPI Finland, The Collective Management Organisation for Recorded Music in Finland, Jazz Finland, The Finnish Music Publishers Association, Association of Finnish Symphony Orchestras, The Society of Finnish Composers and Finnish Composers’ Copyright Society Teosto are inviting all members of the Finnish music industry to participate in a short survey on the topic of equality in the music industry.

The industry seeks to better understand the extent and forms in which inappropriate and exclusionary practices are taking place, and would also like to hear your views on what organisations could do to better promote equality. The purpose of this survey is to define further actions to make the Finnish music industry a more inclusive and safe environment for all.

Please answer this survey by March 8th. Filling the survey will only take about 5-10 minutes of your time.

All answers will be analyzed completely anonymously. When submitting your responses, please make sure not to disclose any personally identifiable information about yourself, including your name, e-mail, phone number etc.

Survey results will be published in May 2022. The survey and following analysis is conducted by third party Inklusiiv.
