Guitarist-composer Henri Jokinen’s jolly quintet does a musical adventure trough the city districts of Helsinki. The album is a playful homage to the streets, beaches and eccentric people of our capital.
Helsinki-based ensemble Kallio Calibro was formed in the autumn 2017. The band plays electric guitar-led instrumental music and their original sound is based on the combination of guitar, vibraphone and Hammond organ and the eclectic style where can be heard western swing, Cube, “rautalanka”, twist and old time Finnish schlager music.
