The Arts Promotion Centre Finland grants short-term support for professional artists and art journalists who have lost work and earnings opportunities due to the coronavirus pandemic. The COVID-19 grant is available to apply until 15th April.
COVID-19 grants are intended to provide short-term support for the working conditions of applicants who have lost work and earnings opportunities due to the coronavirus pandemic. COVID-19 grants are intended for the personal use of applicants in order to perform their artistic work, plan their artistic work and/or maintain their professional skills.
The amount of each COVID-19 grant is 3000 euros to cover 1.5 months of work during the period 1 May – 31 July 2020. Other paid employment during the grant period is permitted.
These grants are not available to applicants who are working on a state artist grant or other working grant during the same period, or who have received a supplementary state artist pension.
