Nordic jazz organizations and the new jazz promotor network are calling all artists on the verge of international breakthrough to apply for the Nordic Jazz Comets showcase and sustainable touring project. Application is open until March 15!
The Nordic network of five national jazz organizations and 12 Nordic jazz promotors are piloting a new project for sustainable concert and tour production in the Nordic region. Apply now to take part in the project and perform at the Nordic Jazz Comets night at We Jazz Festival in Helsinki on December 2, 2020. The network will organize tours for the Nordic Jazz Comets bands in 2021.
The national jazz organizations – FÍH Music School in Iceland, Jazz Danmark, Jazz Finland, Norsk jazzforum and Svensk Jazz – together with a promotor network of 12 Nordic jazz festivals and clubs invite your band to apply for a showcase and a tour project in 2020–2021.
The band application is open February 11 – March 15, 2020.
