Sinergie was launched in summer 2017 as a composing project: five young jazz musicians challenged each other to write new composition every week. Ideas were drawn from stories, books and classical music. In the end of the summer the composing collective had emerged to be a band whose music was ready for others to hear. The members of the band are top names of Finnish jazz, known for bands such as Signe, OK:KO and Sointi Jazz Orchesta.
