The versatile and highly appreciated drummer Tomi Salesvuo (b. 1972) has influenced in several bands, such as in XL, How Many Sisters, Emma Larsson Quartet, SuomiSolmu and Bitter Sweet. Salesvuo has also done a remarkable career as a teacher and he is a popular big band drummer. His groovy drumming has been an important element in many groups of several leaders, from Anna-Mari Kähärä and Nicke Lingnell to Jore Marjaranta and Paula Koivuniemi. Salesvuo has also cooperated internationally with many foreign artists, like Jim Beardin (USA), Wayne Krantzin (USA), Inaki Sandoval (Spain) and Jeanette Lindströmin (SWE) and been producing many clubs and music shows.
