Biography

Little Blue is a recording by two members of the quartet Big Blue; trumpeter Jorma Kalevi Louhivuori and pianist Antti Kujanpää. The aerial and full lyricality and the moody thoughtfulness of their style certainly link the duo to the European tradition of jazz but so strong is the substance of the album that this comparison can act only as a framework at its best. Apart from one track, the album consists of original compositions.
