Biography
Two Argentinian musicians and two Finnish musicians gather around sound as if tracing a line from one pole to another. From southern intensity to northern light, from heat to silence, from restless motion to vast stillness. The album imagines latitude not as a fixed position, but as a falling line: a place where geographies dissolve and energies begin to mix.
The quartet moves through open forms, fractured melodies, textures, pulses, and sudden landscapes. Saxophone, electric guitar, contrabass, and drums become elements of the same unstable weather: fog, gravity, friction, horizon. Each gesture carries something from afar, yet nothing remains separate for long.
Freefalling Latitude is music in transit, a sonic map drawn while falling, where north and south do not oppose each other, but create a new field of resonance.
