Sami Kuoppamäki (b. 1971) is one of the most versatile drummers in Finland, a real professional musician who is extremely hard-working and highly appreciated among his musician collegues. Kuoppamäki has influenced in different groups from jazz fusion to pop and rock, i.a. in Kingston Wall, So So, Von Hertzen Brothers, Groove Convention and Anssi Tikanmäki Film Orchestra. Kuoppamäki has also worked as a freelancer musician and played for example in the band of the tv-format Idols.
