The Sid Hille film collective plays Hille’s film score for Saara Cantell’s movie Ainoat Oikeat (The Two and Only). The sextet is influenced by Miles Davis’ 60s quintet, the ECM artists of the 70s, Keith Jarrett’s European quartet and Pat Metheny’s album 80/81.

In 2014, when Hille wrote new material for the band, they changed their name into Sid Hille Brotherhood.
