Drummer-composer Kasper Halttunen (born in 2001) has assembled a new quintet to bring to life some of his recent compositions from the past couple of years. This expressive ensemble consists of young musicians, each already making a versatile career in the Finnish music scene with various bands.

The compositions emphasize beautiful and strong melodies, around which the music can evolve and branch out in various directions. Musical inspiration has been drawn from a variety of sources beyond jazz, including gospel and hip-hop.
