Ewa Kaarela Swing Band is a jazz band from the Tampere region, made up of versatile musicians. The band has been active for over two decades, putting out four albums and performing at clubs and festivals both in Finland and abroad.

The band plays not just jazz standards but also music by Toivo Kärki and Kaj Chydenius arranged in the jazz idiom. Polish-born Ewa Kaarela has a skillful, emotional and tempremental way of singing, and she is backed by a bunch of experienced Tampere region professionals.
