Tuure Koski

Tuure Koski (b. 1969) has had time during his career to play in numerous groups and has thus gained merits as a talented electric and double bass player. Koski has been an extremely busy musician, especially in the groups of many saxophonists, such as Jouni Järvelä, Janne Murto, Sonny Heinilä, Manuel Dunkel and Esa Pietilä. The most long-lasting post of these was with Manuel Dunkel Quartet where Koski played til the Manuscript album that was released in 2002. Koski has also been accompanying How Many Sisters in Kirmo Lintinen Trio since 1994 and performing with Antti Rissanen's Mr. Fonebone since 1998.
