biography
Saxophonist Olli Ojajärvi (b. 1971) has in the recent years become known as one of the top saxophonists of the younger jazz generation of Finland. Besides being a permanent member of the UMO Jazz Orchestra, Ojajärvi has influenced as a talented saxophonist and a band leader in i.a. So So, Kannaste-Ojajärvi Quartet and his own trio. His trio's debut album Out of Mind released in 2009 revealed him also as a visionary composer.
