biography
Aili Ikonen (s. 1982), based in Helsinki, has established herself as a versatile and talented vocalist moving fluently across the fields of jazz, folk and pop. Aili leads her own group Aili Ikonen Ensemble but also works as a singer and writes music to Kvalda, Hereä and Korpi Ensemble. She also performs with Panu Savolainen Proprius, Aili Ikonen & Tribute to Ella and Aili Ikonen & HERD: "Jazzbasilli".
